How to solve the problem of color steel tile press plate deviation

Recently, one of the most frequently asked questions by customers is the deviation of the color steel tile press equipment. Why is this?

Today, I will explain it in detail. Each machine has its own operating method. If it is not operated properly, it will cause damage to the machine. Therefore, customers should be sure to operate in a standardized manner when operating the tile press in the future.

So, if the platen deviates during normal operation, how should it be handled?

First of all, I need to tell you that it is a common situation for the platen of the tile press to deviate during operation. This is not caused by the poor quality of the machine. You can rest assured about this.

So how should we adjust the deviated tile press plate back to its original position?

(1) If the level of the tile press equipment is not adjusted properly, you can use a level to align the channel steel at both ends of the machine, and put some iron plates on the four legs at the bottom of the machine to level them.
(2) Find a large square ruler and measure the feed ruler at the back of the tile press. That is, find the right angle between the angle iron of the plate feed and the wheel of the tile press. This is very important. If the plate feed at the back is not at a right angle, the color plate will definitely not move in a straight line.

(3) Measure the diagonals at both ends of the machine to see if they are consistent, provided that the machine is adjusted horizontally. According to experience, if the diagonal is less than 4 mm, it can be adjusted. If it is greater than 4 mm, it is difficult to adjust. Even if it is adjusted, the plate movement will not be stable.

(4) If you encounter a machine that is deviating, the principle is to look at the direction of the plate feed. In which direction the plate runs, pad the machine’s feet. In fact, it is to manually adjust the diagonal to be consistent.

(5) Finally, measure whether your color steel equipment and the color steel coil you put are on the same parallel line. Warm reminder: deviation usually occurs after the color steel coil is replaced, the coil and the machine are not in a straight line (the coil and the machine cannot be too close to keep a distance of about 3 meters), resulting in the plate feeding deviation and causing the tile to deviate.
