The connection method between the cutter and the forming machine base is unreasonable: The current equipment uses welding to connect the cutter and the forming machine base, but customers recommend using bolted connection, which is more convenient for later maintenance and replacement of parts. Bolted connection is not only more flexible, but also improves the stability and maintainability of the equipment and reduces downtime.

Use of Turkey head: The current equipment does not use the “Turkey head” before cutting, which makes the product easy to bend after punching, affecting the quality of the finished product. In order to solve this problem, we will add a Turkey head to ensure that the product after cutting maintains straightness and will not be deformed due to the punching process.

Missing guide wheels before and after punching: During the punching process, no auxiliary guide wheels are installed, resulting in the punching position not always being in the center. By adding front and rear guide wheels, the punching position can be accurate and the consistency and stability of the product can be guaranteed.

Improvement of dog tooth roller design: Customers suggest that dog tooth rollers should adopt an integral design rather than a segmented design. The advantage of an integral dog tooth roller is that it is easier to adjust, replace and operate, while improving production efficiency and reducing downtime.

Insufficient handling of short materials: For short materials below 3 meters, the equipment does not have a material support slide after cutting, which makes the material receiving process inconvenient. We will install a material support slide on the equipment to ensure that the short materials can be smoothly collected by the material receiving device to improve overall production efficiency.

Too long changeover time: The current equipment cannot achieve fast automatic changeover, and the changeover process still relies on manual assistance, and the fastest time is about 1.5 hours. In order to improve production efficiency, we will continue to study the fast changeover function of the equipment, minimize the changeover time, reduce manual intervention, and improve production flexibility.

Insufficient preparation for debugging: Before the customer came to inspect the goods, the equipment debugging preparation was not sufficient, resulting in too much time spent on customer on-site debugging. In the future, we will conduct sufficient equipment debugging in advance before the customer’s visit to ensure that all functions and operations are normal, so as to save customers’ time and resources.
